BadgeBox moves that stack underneath. Badges feed up through the box, cables route off to one side, and a level indicator shows what is left. Your desk gets wider. Your name badges stay clean.

BadgeBox is a rigid box that sits under your badge printer and holds the fanfold name badges feeding into it. Just under 14 inches long, 7 inches wide and a little over 5 inches tall, at 2 lb 12 oz, in matte light grey with a darker feed guide across the front opening.
It is built for Zebra thermal printers, specifically the ZD620, ZD621, ZD500, ZD421 and ZD420, and it takes 4 x 6 and 4 x 3 name badges, single or double sided.
Fanfold only, though. If your badge stock arrives on a roll or in sheets, this is not your accessory, and you would rather know that now than on the loading dock.
Up to 1,000 fanfold name badges, with badge size deciding where you land in that range. A 4 x 3 gets you nearer the top of it than a 4 x 6 does.
The space is the part people notice. Moving the stack from behind the printer to underneath it gives back up to 15 inches of desk depth. On a tight registration desk that is often the difference between fitting three printers and fitting four.
Load the name badges into the box and feed them up into the printer with cables off to one side, clear of the badge path, so nothing snags halfway through a rush.
